We would like to invite you to the ECOBREED Training on Advanced Genotyping, organized by the Národné poľnohospodárske a potravinárske centrum and NPPC) and Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava (UCM), Slovakia and the ECOBREED project. The event will take place from 4 to 8 December 2023.
Venue: NPPC – Research Institute of Plant Production, Bratislavská cesta 122, 921 68 Piešťany, Slovakia; Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava
Background of Training Course: This course will show how genomics-based research and discovery of new genes can fuel plant breeding and biotechnology.
Maximum number of participants: 10
Application Deadline: 17 November 2023
Pre-requisites: Students in natural and agricultural sciences.
Costs: The bursaries will cover the cost of training materials and accommodation (participants will be notified of the location of their accommodation). Travel costs are not included.
Health Insurance: Health insurance, covering illnesses and accidents, is required for participation.
