This is an introductory workshop covering different sensing tools for field phenotyping and their applications as a part of the EU ECOBREED project covering improvement in organic breeding. The workshop will run from 12.30 pm on Thursday 4th August until the early afternoon of Friday 5th August. In short, the program will cover:
- Conventional phenotyping and the need for advanced techniques
- Basics of remote sensing
- Sensor tools for non-destructive phenotyping
- In-field demonstration
- Demonstration of preliminary data analysis approaches
- Hands on sensor use
- Phenotyping and monitoring exemplars-Talks from Participants
